Introducing Harvey's Lab Tours

This change reflects our ongoing commitment to educating and inspiring young patients through interactive lab tours.

Why change the name?

The new name, Harvey's Lab Tours, more accurately represents our core activity and focus, ensuring clarity and positivity for the children and families we serve.

Why change the logo?

We have refreshed our logo to shift the focus towards a friendly and engaging symbol for our tours: Harvey, represented as a comforting orange teddy bear. This new mascot aims to offer a relatable and reassuring presence for our young tour recipients.

Though we are changing our visual identity, our mission remains the same. We continue to honour the memory of Harvey, the brave child who inspired this initiative, and Malcolm Robinson, whose vision made it all possible.

What is coming next?

It will take some time to update all our materials with the new logo, so you may still see the old design on lab coats and merchandise in the short term.

Our website and email address are also changing to align with our new name, but rest assured, previous contacts will remain active during the transition. Please bookmark our new URL: www.harveyslabtours.com and reach out to us at harveyslabtours@ibms.org.

In collaboration with OKIDO, who produce the engaging CBBC show "Messy Goes to OKIDO," we are developing new Harvey's Lab Tour comics and resources. We look forward to sharing these with you and will keep you updated on how you can access them.
